Senior Finance Administrator - Open to Flexible Working

If you want to work in a Finance team with this ethos, then we have a vacancy for a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months in our Finance Business Services team; part of Group Finance and a Centre of Excellence providing end to end finance processes for the whole of Lloyds Banking Group.
Within Finance Business Services, the Controls team provides centralised reconciliation and control activities for the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in streamlining and improving an important element of the Group's financial reporting so your attention to detail will be key.
You'll carry out a range of more complex clerical/technical support tasks to deliver quality service to customers or internal colleagues. As a Senior Finance Administrator, you'll be responsible for leading a team of colleagues, helping them to help our customers. You'll be able to support and coach colleagues, working collaboratively and assisting them to contribute to achievement of team goals and also act as a first point of contact.
You'll be responsible for undertaking a range of more complex technical support tasks such as data compilation, reconciliation, research and analysis, and making recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures and systems. You'll provide guidance on a range of technical queries, using your own judgement and interpretation as required, to ensure the timely provision of high quality information and guidance.
As part of an exciting and varied role, you'll assist in the planning of projects, scheduling of implementations, maintenance of project plans; liaising with technical departments, users and other colleagues as required.
