Part Time Receptionist / Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Welwyn Garden City on a part time basis
As a receptionist, you will be first point of contact for the office dealing with all enquiries, whether in person or by telephone. This will involve operation of the telephone switchboard and liaison with the staff, internal/external customers and other stakeholders including members of the public.
You will also assist the Office Manager with various Administration duties.
Already experienced as a receptionist, you will be able to answer the telephone promptly, politely and pleasantly, transfer calls to the appropriate employees and offering help and assistance as required. You will also be able to greet visitors, assist visitors with visitor badges and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
You have strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
