Our international client are one of the largest international independent Data and Information Management Service companies in the global upstream Oil and Gas industry. Since founding in 2001 they have grown significantly through the provision of services and solutions. Their brand stands for quality and they provide a specific service to address clients requirements.

The Role
An opportunity to work with our HR team, you will assist the People and Organisations Manager and work closely with the Administration Assistant (HR & Finance) in providing a comprehensive HR service to all staff in the UK and overseas. You will keep HR administration, recording and reporting in order and assist, play a key role in the payroll process and will have generalist HR duties and project work to manage.

  • Payroll process
  • Recruitment Support & Administration
  • Health & Safety inductions & monitoring
  • Legislation updates

The Candidate

This role requires an individual who is highly organised and can manage their workload efficiently without supervision with excellent attention to detail. Our client are also looking for a candidate who can display they are/have;

  • A confident self-starter
  • Computer literate with strong excel skills, knowledge of SharePoint an advantage
  • Good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
  • Highly organised, methodical, thorough and adaptable
  • Knowledge of HR processes would be a significant advantage

Terms
There is a huge amount of flexibility in this position and the team are made up of very autonomous professionals, of which you would be one. The 25 hours will, ideally, be spread across 5 days (however a minimum of 4 days would be considered for the right candidate). The position is remote based with equipment provided and regular meetings will be held in the Berkhamsted area.

A salary of c£22K FTE is available, with room for negotiation for the right candidate, along with an attractive benefits package.
