Employee Benefits Administrator - Working from home
Who are we and what do we do?
OutBenz provides outsourced Employee Benefit and Insurance Solutions for International start-ups and fast growth companies. Most International start-ups want as little back office infrastructure as possible. At OutBenz we provide a total outsource service – from initial consultancy to administration of all aspects of the employee benefit programme. Essentially, we can become part of our client’s HR team for the UK/Europe.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an administrator to join our friendly, growing team of 5. Most of us are based in South West London and we all work from home.
The initial role of administrator is to assist the team in the creation of client documents, management of the document (template) library, management of the client database and monthly billing. In due course (with sufficient familiarisation and training) the role of administrator would extend to getting quotes from our suppliers for the various benefits we offer, creating proposal documents for our clients and managing administration of existing clients.
Previous experience of financial services administration (though a bonus!) is absolutely not necessary. We will provide all necessary training and familiarisation with our processes.
- Confident with Word (in particular, formatting)
- Confident with Excel (basic calculations only)
- Good eye for detail
- Happy to work from home, self contained
- Keen to learn new skills
The role would be home working, with a laptop and remote IT support provided. We would require you to have a good internet connection in your home.
In terms of nature of contract, we can be flexible. We are looking for someone to work with us for a minimum of 15 hours per week across a minimum of three days, right up to full time. The contract can be freelance or permanent.
Salary will initially depend on experience and should increase after training.
