Maternity Cover Account Management - Part Time

Hours: Part time (This is a new role which would suit someone looking to work part time, and predominantly during term time. It would suit a parent who wants to fit their work around the school calendar.)
Location: Stratford (London)
Salary: circa £10 per hour

We’re a friendly and agile account management team who look after all existing customers and build strong relationships with our schools. We are looking for our newest team member to oversee our ever growing customer base. This is a great time as we are looking for others to join also so you won’t be the new person for long. As the outward voice of the company, it will be your job to engage with your customers and work with them to make sure they fully utilise our software.
We are looking for a highly organised and driven person who is good at multitasking and
equipped with excellent IT, organisational and communication skills.
As an Account Manager you will be reporting directly to our Senior Account Manager and will be given all necessary training to be successful in the role. Primarily, your job will be to ensure we retain our customers and build strong relationships with our schools.
As the ideal candidate you will be passionate about education and have a can do attitude to go above and beyond what is expected of you.
Main responsibilities will include
Customer retention by speaking with your customers regularly
Building rapport with customers
Establishing customer goals and helping them achieve these
Ideally some work experience in a similar role
High level of attention to detail
Strong & clear written English
Highly organised and reliable
Prepared to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
Ability to make a high volume of calls and email communications
Skills in Excel and IT in general (not essential)
High degree of initiative with excellent documentation skills
Ability to think outside the box
Good team player
Ability to perform under pressure
Highly motivated individual
Willing to go above and beyond of what is required
