Call Centre Agent - Part Time - School Hours Available - (Inbound calls only)
Arcus is a growing facilities management company working in delivering proactive FM services.
We currently have a number of part time opportunities to join our New Office operation’s team as an FM Call Centre Agent based at our office in Redditch. Clear communication and excellent customer service skills are key to being a successful Service Desk Operative. The main purpose is to schedule work orders to an engineer, against the service level agreement determined by the client. This role is perfect if you need to drop off and pick up children to and from school, weekend work not required but available if desired.
For this role you would ideally have a proven background in working on a helpdesk along with providing professional customer service. You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. In addition you will have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
