LAH Property Marketing provide property savvy front of house receptionists for commercial properties, working with Property Management Companies, Landlords and Investors.

We are looking to recruit a permanent Front of House ‘ Cover’ Receptionist -  who will work 2-3 fixed days every week. No weekends. This is a ‘mobile’ role, covering a designated area, – so if you like variety, flexibility and are a car owner/driver, - this role could be perfect.

Based in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire area (with travel within a designated region)

About the role

As an experienced front of house receptionist or someone who has excellent customer service skills, you will be permanently employed  to work 2-3 days per week, ie working 2 days one week/3 days the following week. ie

Role 1: Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesday

Role 2: alternate Wednesday, Thursday, Friday


  • You will be paid to work up to 10 hours per day, - however, some days you may work less hours and some days you may be not be scheduled to work at all,  - but you will still be paid.
  • You will provide reception cover (emergency, sickness or pre-planned holiday) at commercial office buildings in a designated region ie (M4/M25) - Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Staines, High Wycombe, Uxbridge  
  • You will receive an annual salary to reflect your flexibility and be available on demand on your designated work days (and contactable out of hours). 
  • A car owner/driver is essential with good access to major road links, ideally residing centrally within the designated region.

Are you an enthusiastic, experienced front of house receptionist or have excellent customer service skills and looking to progress to take on a new role? 

Are you proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude, immaculately presented and have the ability to create a WOW with a welcoming smile – wherever and whenever, whatever the circumstances!  More importantly, you are not fazed by a challenge.

You absolutely understand the importance in maintaining the quality of the reception service we deliver. You will proudly represent LAH as their reception ‘cover ambassador’ ensuring the tenants, agents, property management company or landlord have complete confidence in your ability – and of course LAH Property Marketing.
