Job Summary

The main purpose of the roles are to help deliver a world class event-day experience in our new stadium. Roles will range from Event Stewards, Supervisors and Area Mangers and will require varying levels of experience in both customer service and safety related roles. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and best in class customer service and accurate venue information
  • Monitor and direct crowds
  • Crowd and queue management (which may include issuing verbal instructions confidently)
  • Ticket checking
  • Welcome visitors
  • Enforce stadium regulations
  • Respond to incidents (and write follow-up reports as required)
  • Hold static positions to ensure safety
  • Maintain a clean working area
