Fixed 4 week pattern. 5 hour shifts per day, total 20 hours a week.
Week 1 Wednesday & Thursday 18:00 - 23:00 and Saturday & Sunday 15:00-20:00
Week 2 Wednesday & Thursday 18:00 - 23:00 and Saturday & Sunday 15:00-20:00
Week 3 Wednesday & Thursday 18:00 - 23:00 and Saturday & Sunday 15:00-20:00
Week 4 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 18:00-23:00
Salary: £17,523 - £18,496 PRO rata plus the following increases: 15% (Mon-Fri) 30% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 6am & 8am, 20% (Mon-Fri) 30% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 8pm & 10pm, 10% (Sun) for hours between 8am and 8pm.

As a member of our friendly contact centre team, you'll take calls from all kinds of people. Whether they're calling to transfer money, set up a standing order, or simply check their balance, you'll provide a professional and helpful service, every time.
