The Elizabeth line will not only ease congestion on London’s extremely busy transport network butprovide modern, state of the art new trains and improved journey times.

Our Customer Experience Assistants are proud to be on the front line with our valued customers,providing exceptional service on a day to day basis to enhance their journey on the Elizabeth line. They actively support our customers by being a highly visible point of contact at all times, ensuring accurateand timely service information is provided.

As a Customer Experience Assistant you will be joining an industry leading team by managing customer footfall on your station; focusing on safety and service. You will proactively seek out and engage with customers who require additional support by paying particular attention to those who are considered vulnerable or require mobility assistance and work in partnership with the wider business to support any compliance requirements.
You will have the flexibility to easily accommodate shift work on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis living within a 40 minute travel time of either one of our home stations, Paddington or Canary Wharf.
