Terminal Security Manager

Your role will involve overseeing our Security Mangers and operational teams as well as working closely with our Head of Security to support the delivery of our wider targets. It’s important that you understand the needs and goals of our entire business and can then make sure that every member of your team is fully up to speed with them too. We’re an innovative organisation, so you’ll always be looking for new ways to improve your terminal’s operational effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
An inspiring leader with significant management experience, you’ll have a background in a similarly demanding customer service environment. You’re results-driven and, because your focus will be on creating exceptional customer experiences that put safety first, your attention to detail and communication skills will be just as important. This role involves rapid incident response, so you should also have a good level of physical fitness.
