We are looking for a qualified and professional Finance Manager to join our Investments team. The Investment’s team is Amey’s specialist unit for complex structured and project finance transactions with public and private clients. It is an exciting and dynamic environment focussed on driving strategic thinking on value added projects to deliver customer requirements with enhanced investment returns.
The Investments business currently comprises 18 projects managed on behalf of Amey and our co-investors DIF Infrastructure, InfraRed Capital Partners, Aberdeen Asset Management, Equitix and Amber Capital.
This position will involve delivering finance support for 5 key Schools PFI projects and associated business development entities. You will be responsible for financial management and reporting delivered under MSAs which require accounting accuracy, clarity of reporting, appropriate engagement and provision of commercial financial support all within framework of robust operational and financial controls. We are looking to engage with a confident and charismatic Finance Manager who will be able to present technical Financial information to the Senior Leaders of our business and interpret this information. You will have excellent attention to detail and exposure to JV relationships and PFI accounting. This position will require travel to our Oxford office for training and induction and wider travel as required.
