About the role
An excellent opportunity has opened up at our Customer Relationship Centre based in Chester for a Part Time Customer Enquiry Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience to customers calling into our business for service, repairs and parts enquiries. You will be managing a high volume of customer calls and enquiries and ensuring they are referred to the most suitable individual whilst maintaining the high standards of service quality, professionalism and premium service expected by our Group and the Vauxhall brand.
We have are looking for staff with availability evening and weekends
You will have and have a positive energy and passion for providing a great service experience and enthusiasm for the Vauxhall brand. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a drive to exceed customer satisfaction and quality objectives. You will have exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrate a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy. This role is within a fast paced contact centre environment so you will be computer literate and are discrete with sensitive and confidential data as well as being a supportive team member.
