The Telemarketing Sales Executive is responsible for creating sales opportunities by appointment setting for Ad hoc's network of UK Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Making a targeted number of daily calls
  • Achieving a targeted number of business appointments per week/month
  • Responding to correspondence from potential clients
  • Generating potential customer leads from sources such as LinkedIn, Directories and lapsed client lists
  • Conducting client or market surveys
  • Maintaining records and data inputting
  • Working closely with all teams across the business maintaining effective delivery of services

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have Face to Face or Telemarketing Sales & Business Development experience
  • Be target, sales and process driven
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills
  • Be a confident communicator with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

In Return We Offer:

  • Starting salary of £22,000 to £24,000 pro rata
  • 30% performance related bonus and commission structure
  • Hours Negotiable - between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am – 3pm
