Calling All Women! Residential Field Technicians (Part time)
Part Time - Minimum 20 hours per week, with a range of flexible shift patterns

So what is a Residential Field Technician? They’re the people who go into customers’ homes to install and repair our products, sharing advice and tips on how to get the very best out of those products. And that person could be you. Bringing the unexpected to our customers, you’ll ensure they feel happy with the service you’re providing and you’ll go the extra mile to make sure they like Virgin Media just as much as you do.
It goes without saying that you’ll have great communication skills, and if you have some customer-facing experience that would be an added bonus. We need women who can take a logical approach to diagnostics, with a proactive approach to getting the job done. You’ll need to be comfortable using hand and power tools, and have an interest in technology such as smartphones, tablets and PC’s. Our technicians work in all weather and at various heights so being comfortable with these aspects is a must. You’ll also be driving one of our vans, so a driving license is essential.
