Business Development Executive
20-25 hours per week, candidates must be able to work from our office in NW London, as well as from home.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to increasing the client base for our company. You will be responsible for signing up clients over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, and you must be comfortable presenting financial products or services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing the business.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service;
Answer questions about the company;
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
Enter and update customer information in the database;
Take and process client queries in an accurate manner;
Go the “extra mile” to meet client quota and facilitate future sign-ups;
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Proven experience in a sales/customer service role, ideally in financial services;
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
Ability to use computers confidently and learn relevant software;
Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Self-motivated to undertake calls;
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
Outstanding negotiation skills;
Ability to work from home or office.
